–A Journey through the Circus Jungle

In May 2013, The Great Y Circus presents its 73rd performing season. You will be captivated by exciting and spellbinding acts that will entertain and amaze you. Performers, ages 3-up, will take to the stage to tumble, juggle, unicycle, build pyramids, fly through the air, jump off the teeterboard and so much more! “CircuSafari” ~ a journey through the circus jungle will take you on a voyage as you see many jungle creatures, from the insects on the jungle floor to the birds and monkeys flying along the tree tops. This years show will be a showcase spectacle ~ a wide variety of circus skill & talent in a family-friendly atmosphere in the Roy Coble Gym at the Redlands Family YMCA.
The 73rd Performing Season of the Great Y Circus is not to be missed! Bring your family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors to see this year’s “CircuSafari”. You will be amazed at the talent and showmanship of the youth and adults who perform in the “worlds oldest community Circus”.

*Circus Alumni Social will be held immediately following our Alumni Show held on Saturday, May 11th in the Roy Coble Gym. You are cordially invited to attend.
Ticket Prices
$15 for adults
$10 for youth
- Children under 3 are free if they sit on an adult's lap during the Show
Outside Performances
In addition to our big annual shows held in May, our circus troupe throughout the season performs smaller shows throughout the community for your special events. Our roadshow troupe has performed at Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, numerous malls and special events. Based on the available space we can design a demonstration of a small number of acts that we offer here at the Great Y Circus ranging from a 10 minute show to a 45 minute show. A minimum donation will be applied to compensate for our expenses to perform at your location.
Please contact Tanner Greenhalgh at tgreenhalgh@ymcaeastvalley.org four to six weeks prior to your event. If available, your event will be put on a hold for a period of 4 days where we will confirm with our performers. If our performers are able to confirm, we will contact you on the fourth day to confirm your show. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Tanner Greenhalgh.
